   On the basis of process analysis,comprehensive consideration of product yield and accuracy requirements.The properties of the materials used,the technical strength of the plant,the equipment and the condition of the mold,determine the process specifications of the workpiece and the die structure of each process.Structural design:Based on the design of the scheme,the specific structural dimensions of each part of the mold are further designed.(1)Process analysis and analysis of punching

  1.Material:08F is high quality carbon steel with good stamping performance.

  2,the shape of the structure:within the blanking parts,the shape should try to avoid sharp and clear corners.

  3,dimensional accuracy:not marked according to IT14 level,check the standard tolerance table.

  (2)Determining the process plan and the form of the mold:a continuous blanking die with a guide pin positioning.
